Captain's Challenge first challenge today was to pick a photo you like and describe why.

It was pretty hard to pick just the one photo but I narrowed it down to this one.

Why did you choose this picture/image?

Despite being slightly blurry, I like how this photo turned out. I remember how much I liked it at the time because my boy is looking at the photographer (my OH) and you can see his big, dark eyes

Well done to Sidejump and Mala, it was actually Number 1!

But some of your answers about statement Number 2 made me chuckle!

Here's proof to statement 3. And probably the closest I'll ever get to Prince Charles!

Was talking to the OH about Father's Day which somehow lead to me talking about my mother...

OH: "You know, you're like your Mum."
Me: "WHAT DO YOU MEAN I'M LIKE HER!?"
OH: "Umm.."
Me: "You mean, bitchy, moany etc.."
OH: "Yeah.."
Me: "Well get use to it. I'll be looking like her in twenty years time!"

(I have noticed I look more like her the older I get!)

Came across this link after I signed out of my emails today. I didn't reconise Emma there as I guess I still remember her as that cutesy Herminone Granger from the Harry Potter films. I thought to myself as soon as I saw those pics, 'God she's grown up and doesn't look like a young girl anymore there!'.

I don't know her, but I do know a little more about her sis Jaime, but I found this photo very captivating and beautiful. I love that style in photography
