I'd like to say a big THANK YOU for those who wished me a happy birthay in my last post! Also those who wrote posts wishing me a happy birthday too! How thoughtul!

Yes, I had a good day. Still had my motherly duties but my child is asleep for now anyway so I'm drinking the rest of the Guiness and there is a bottle of Magners waiting for me in the fridge! I'll have to try out some of your suggestions on what to drink when we go out tomorrow night, hopefully I remember them all!

Only a few hours until my birthday is over! *Sighs*

Woo hoo! The day as finally arrived!

I was a little naughyt earlier and opened my cards and presents so far although I normally wait but I could not as I was bored! I got Nip/Tuck Season 4 boxset from my brother and some PJs from MP's grandmother! I also got an e-card from Jenny from here earlier! Thank you! :p

MP just went to bed and I had my first couple of sips of Guiness just now! Tastes like beer mixed with cream but it's still nice! I could get use to it!

Sorry for the confusion about my last post but my birthday is not until tomorrow of which I will then kill my liver slowly!

I edited the post again to make more sense!

So far I got myself a bottle of Guiness and Magners Cider which are chilling nicely in the fridge as I speak.

Anyone else want to help 'batter my liver' by suggesting any other drinks I could get to have over the weekend?

It is my 21st after all tomorrow!

The boy has powers too! It's been making me wonder why him too as as far as I know, only all the adults do! But his power of manipulating technology is cool and we got to see a glimpse of it in action tonight on BBC2!

In a way I guess I am not suprised seeing as both his parents too! It could even be genetic! Maybe even relating to the helix symbol!

I like watching this series a lot. MP agrees with me for the first time as well! I guess I'm not suprised he's not into other American shows I use to watch including Desperate Housewives, Ugly Betty and Nip/Tuck. I might even buy it on DVD for both of us!

I can't believe it's Wednesday alrady! Time sure does fly!

Two days until my birthday! I got a card through the post from my neighbours who live next door to my parents. They have known me since I was a little girl when I first moved to Dorset from Wiltshire when I was two years old! Not opened it of course but could tell from the woman's handwriting! I love getting cards through the post!

I like having a birthday, I just don't want to be another year older!

I think I'm going to buy some before the end of the week to try before I go out during the weekend. I was going to buy some when we went out last Thursday in the pub before the club but I'd thought it would look odd to onlookers, a girly girl dressed in a red top and white shorts drinking half a pint of Guiness! I settled on Fosters in the end as it was cheap and goes down easier!

I've seen a bottle in the local shop and might also have to get Bailey's as I haven't had that for aaages! Think the majoity of my birthday money will probably go on alcohol as I got most things (well DVDs) I wanted for my birthday (only as people asked first! )!

I feel like giving the man some hugs.

Was a bit of a shock to hear what happened to him in the news this morning but I don't want to swell on this subject too much. Respect to the man.

It's my birthday in three days time.

I know MP hasn't got me anything yet.

We went to buy a carseat for BB as he's getting bigger now and first looked in Mothercare. We saw one we liked and a woman tried fitting it in the car but couldn't as of the webbed belt. So she said she'll look on the system for one that would be appropriate for my Dad's car which was a Vaxhall Zafira. After much searching she said no seat would be suitable for that type of car!

To which my dad replied to her: So does that mean I need to buy a new car?

Glad he had a sense of humor about it although I wasn't happy about what happened!

We then tried Toys 'R' Us and picked one we liked, a woman fitted it in for us and has the same problem again which is also known as 'buckle crunch'. So we only had two choices of carseats which had alternative routers and finally managed to fit another one we liked in.

You'd think Mothercare wouldn't give us the time and day and has almost lost a customer!

I'm only going back to buy some baby clothes, perhaps!

Wow, I'm impressed! He might go far. I'll have to ask what he'll do in the future and that would be interesting!

Today we've been mostly cleaning - (again) the remaining rooms and you'd think I'm cleaning for the Queen but no, it's my parents and even when they come everytime they don't notice our efforts! Hmpf! I don't want them thinking we live in a tip and BB puts up with it! The things I do to impress my parents!

MP is catching up on Heroes tonight as he missed it from watching football the other night which was on at the same time but on the other side!

First time I heard both tonight!

I went out again today and my God, it was acorching but lovely! BB didn't cry at strangers who were various mature women, for the first time even when they touched his face to admire him! These women seemed nice enough so I was alright with it!

Anyway, I was stood in front of the Big Screen in the city centre and phoned MP asking what do I get for his relatives as he knows them better than me and he said get chocolate but I rather get soemthing that was meaningful and lasted! Then I spooted a familiar face on the screen and it turned out to be James Martin, the TV Chef. MP didn't even know who he was so I explained. (And I think I watch too many daytime cooking programmes! ) He was cooking a dessert which I forgotten what it's called now but involved chocolate and whisking egg whites into it! And it was no bloody wonder the city centre was full so people could watch his demo!

I was just glad to get home a couple hours later although I had to do some cleaning!

Today mostly consisted of cleaning some of the rooms in our home for when my parents come tomorrow! I always clean before they come as they'll probably say how untidy the place is, my mother especially!
MP actually gets off his arse and cleans when he saw how dirty our mainly tiled white bathroom was! Especially the window sill! I was impressed! I cleaned most of the bathroom including the toilet! Double bluerk! Although it wans't that bad really!

Still got to do the kitchen and living room tommorow morning! Joy!

It's my First Blog Anniversary today!

I've been here for a year now although I've only started using more freqently after February this year and been hooked since!

Also Kev Wilson reminded me a couple of days ago in acomment. Well, I'm pretty sure it was him!

Was pretty good. First went to a pub near the city centre and had a drink then walked to the club which was quite a walk so luckily I was wearing my ballet pumps. (I had mine for a while but still be treny as I noticed lots of other girls wear them too!) But we got to the club too early while they were still doing sound checks so it was a little boring waiting. Then some people did come and had a few more drinks.

There was a rock band before Bizzle came on who are from around here. The local talent are pretty good and I think I felt by ear drums burst as f the screeching guitars! MP's boss knew the band and the lead singer was around 40 years-old but he looked heck of a lot younger! The drummer was cute too but they are in most rock bands!

Then Bizzle came out and everyone came right to the front including us as I am only petit! Didn't do as much boogeying as I thought but jumped about a lot and waving my arms a lot! When it was over and I needed the loo, I felt pretty drunk although I didn't watching the artists but could be to do with the lighting as the main lights went out!

Went home not long afterwards and couldn't stay although I would of liked to as it was getting late and I was hammered. MP slept in for work today! He woke up at 9am which is when he needs to be at work!

And I wanted to publish some photos but couldn't on my new cam phone as everytime I took a picture, it went blurry! So maybe there is a setting on it to stop it although I doubt it!

I thought I felt well when I first woke up this morning...

...my stomach doesn't agree!

I'm not going to drink for another week, when it's my birthday!

MP's Mum gave me back BB not long ago and as he's been awake since 7am this mronign he went back to bed as soon as he came here!

I know my brother was lietrally crapping himself thinking what results he got but he got a couple of A's and B's. I think I'll phone him later to congratulate him!

Anyway, I think I'll take a nap before I go out! Finally BB is asleep so I can!
