So today I've been out in the drizzling rain to the city centre to see the new bus station and new shopping centre which opened its doors yesterday. We was nearly at the final bus stop when another bus was parking in the bay and I was so eager to get off the bus! Even the bus driver was annoyed and started banging ion his steering wheel! The new bus station looks okay but the system of where buses are going to and fro isn't working 100%!!!
Even in the new shopping centre, not all the shops are open. I thought as much as they've only been working on it for a year or so!Okay, so there are afew new shops we didn't have before like a Zara and Jane Norman which is fine for us women but I noticed there seems to be lacking male clothes shops! I know there's River Island already there and next but never seem to see many male visitors! MP in recent times only ever shops as FCUK anyway! *Shrugs*
There seems to be some seating but it's not as cosy as the ones in the other shopping centres we already have as its just benches but when they finally open the Starbucks on the upper level and cafes, then that might improve things!
But me and MP agreed we both like the massive Tesco's Extra which will always be handy getting food and baby stuff!
And I didn't find one thing I like so came home with nothing for myself!
Must do internet shopping later!

My verdict in brief:- It's good for women clothes shopping but their partner's/hubbies can always pop in Tesco's or a cafe while the women shop. Or just wait outside like I usually see!
I found it a little tight with a buggy but most places can be, as I usually find! It's okay overall, but we'll see how it'll be when all the shops finally open!
