I was putting on a shirt this morning and when I was doing the buttons at the bottom I noticed it's not as slack as it used to be. Maybe two weeks ago there was definately more room!
I know I eat plenty, especially during the afternoon and only had fried rice for lunch today, no breakfast although I normally do! I've eaten more healthier foods over the fast few weeks and done a lot more homecooking rather than order take-away or jar sauces etc.
But those treats and indulgences are coming back and they're showing!
