I am sure just now I was reading a lovely post by Paddy which had a gorgeous baby included in it so I was awwing over him and it was this new confusing layout but then it changed back to the old one and now it's back to this one again!

Okay maybe I exagerrated but it's changed AGAIN!

Alright so it tells me who out of my friends are online and who's birthdays are coming up but I still need to navigate around it and took me a few moments to find out how to write a post!

I found some turkey breasts which I brought the other day in the fridge so we'll be having that with Thai lime, chilli and coconut sauce with boiled rice! Meh! Lazy cooking!

Today, I think we'll be having a a recipe from 'Nigella Express' as I want something quick, easy and possibly tasty! I decided to cook gnocchi with porl chops drizzled in a cider and mustard creamy sauce. I have no idea what the proper name of the recipe is but remember watching her do a demo of it on TV the other night.

Was it me or has she toned down her 'sexualness'!? She doesn't seem to be licking her fingers a lot or flirting with the camera as much or maybe I just missed it!

Anyway, I keep thinking to myself I may just get her book although what's holding me back is I never really look at cookbooks as I don't make the time for them! We have a few at home but never read through one yet!

And I also find it a bonus if there is alcohol in a food recipe!

So very true. I sniggered reading the article but it's us women's job to find flaws in othe women, perhaps we are jealous! I'll never do that though. And I don't think my son would appreciate it either!
