I just went to the YouTube home page and the first thing I saw was 'Prostate Operation' from The Times Online. 
I only wanted to find some music. Surely that cannot be right!

No. It is not right. I agree. Reminds me of the time when I had my hysterectomy a gazillion years ago. The next day I was surfing the hospital teevee channel and saw how the hysterectomy was actually performed and damn near died right on the spot.
