I don't get how this is a Fail?
I mean some people who look after babies suck on dummies for many reasons such as it being dropped on the ground or in my mother-in-law's case, plays a game with it with her grandkids! (I usually wash it under the tap, I am not keen myself on dummies! 
)
I guess it depends which perspective you see the photo from. I could be that some might see Britney is a bad parent or the child is too old for the dummie! Or simply because she's too old for a dummie herself! (That makes me a fail then too! )
