I was still feeling peckish after my stir-fry this afternoon so decided to make Ship's Hot Cheese Dip as I had the stuff except the pickled jalapenos despite me and my Other Half hunting in Tescos Extra for ages!

Instead, I improvised by using left over Distilled Vinegar and one red chilli and one green chilli chopped up and there was enough vinegar leftover to cover up the chillis and left it in a cup to pickle overnight in the fridge. In the morning indeed the vinegar tasted like chilli and so I could make it! :D
