Mini film rant - Mamma Mia

I watched 'Mamma Mia' on New Year's Eve and was pretty disappointed by it. I wasn't keen on the singing, casting and I couldn't get into the film despite liking Abba songs. Even though I had good intentions in the begnning about this film, I felt it was just a little overhyped!

I feel maybe I am the only girl who feels like this. *shrugs* Not that it bothers me. Don't get me wrong, I do like 'chick flicks' and Abba but this didn't work for me!

I am glad it was not my copy and told my OH not to get it for me!

The worst casting in that film is of the lad who's getting married....terrible!

    Sadly not this one, she's from Uni, although given a chance I would cut off my right arm for the chance to pick her up - I've had a slight thing for her ever since I met her ! x

my observasion says that the movie is very entertaining for women over 35 yo.Anyone below that age rarely enjoys it.Thats also obvious from the comments here.
Next time you wana watch a movie,first ask for my expert advice.

I still havent seen it Jen wont let me watch it I do love the abba songs though so I will enjoy listening to the cd until I manage to sneak a peak at it

Oh! I'm glad you tell because i didn't see it yet, and if so i will not go to a cinema watch it for sure!
Maybe i'l have an eye on it in a copy of it taken from the net so i have an idea cz i hate boring films..makes me asleep during it LOL

  I only watched it to give it a chance although I was not particularly taken to it, and yes I was gutted! But maybe you would like it. Maybe not!

    I see what you mean, sometimes i go with my boyfriend just to give a chance but i fall into sleep! LOL
